Emergency First Aid at Work

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one day first aid qualification. It covers a range of CPR and emergency first aid skills. This qualification is Ofqual, CCEA and Qualification Wales accredited and valid for three years after completion.

Attaining this qualification may also improve employment prospects as it will enable employers to meet their HSE requirements.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of taking the assessment.

No prior knowledge of first aid is expected. You will be assessed through a practical and theory assessment.

First Aid at Work

3 Days

The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is one of the most comprehensive first aid courses for the workplace and takes the EFAW to another level. The course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills.

You will be trained to deal with specific injuries and illnesses, including bleeds, breaks, burns and scalds, eye injuries, suspected head and spinal injuries, poisoning, chest injuries, anaphylaxis and more.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of taking the assessment. You will be assessed through a practical and theory assessment.
